- Please note that we accept returns only under the following conditions:
- a) There’s a manufacturing defect on the product.
- b) Wrong product or wrong size has been sent to the customer.
- In any of the above cases, the customer should contact our customer care within 3 days of receiving the product. No return requests will be accepted after this period.
- All custom made orders are non-returnable.
- Items should be returned unused with tags still attached. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and maybe sent back to the customer.
- Items purchased on sale or discounts are non-returnable.
We follow 7 days return policy. One can return the product by intimating us within 7 days of delivery.
How can i claim refund?

Once the product reaches us, we will credit the amount in your Bank account. You can use this amount to make future purchase.

What do I do if the product received is physically damaged?
If you receive a physically damaged product, we request you to write us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of your order. You will then be requested to share images of the product. Once approved, we’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product , check for the physical damage and if approved, we’ll initiate refund/replacement of the product as per your request.
